I broke down over 250 miles from home in NYS and left my truck at a Local Ford dealer for service and had to use a rental car to get home to WV. After 5 days, the Ford dealership had not even diagnosed my vehicle. At that point I decided to have my truck transported back to WV to have my own mechanic take a look at it. We were referred to Shank Brothers by a friend and when I called them they were more than willing to help !! They were able to pick up my truck from the Ford Dealership within 2 hours of my initial call (Tuesday afternoon) and said they may be able to get it to me in WV at the beginning of the week. Needless to say I was completely surprised when 24 hours later I got a call that they would have my truck to me at 7AM on Thursday in WV. I was completly impressed by this company, the friendliness of anyone I spoke with, and the timeliness of their services considering this was a spur of the moment decision I made. Dealing with The Shank Brothers Company reassured me that 'good people' do still exist !!!
