Seriously stop looking and calling all those companies this is the one to go with. I had been doing my research for a month or so and almost gave up with all the horror stories out there. Also having to call all those other companies who made the process seem seedy asking for money upfront and handing cash to driver on pickup it was just crazy. So crazy that I had decided I would do drive myself. After a break, I researched again and Ameritrade came up being the best so I called and Rachel picked up. Well what a breath of fresh air that conversation was. I seriously thought I had the wrong number. She didn't act like a pushy sales person but instead she was professional with the facts and that's that. No money up front, no money to driver when the vehicle is picked up. She basically said here's a contact read it and will do the rest for you. And boy did they ever. Two days later I received a call saying she found some one at the quote she rated and then they picked up the car on the day the person said they would on time and everything! The driver of Osso Corp. was professional and always kept in touch during the pickup and while he was driving to LA. However, I still had my doubts. I was hoping my car wasn't going to Mexico but along the way Rachel also called making sure the process was on schedule. Pick up was on a Tuesday then six days later!! I had my brand new Grand Cherokee in LA ON TIME! and in PERFECT CONDITION! I am so grateful that I found AmeriFreight and that I got Rachel who really calmed me down and reassured me that this was not going to be a nightmare. I'm making sure I write this review because I realize how stressful transporting a car can be but seriously this company exceeded my expectations and I hope to do whatever I can to make sure others have a similar awesome experience. Thanks everybody!!
