I was contacted by Anthony after inquiring on the internet about shipping an old truck I bought on ebay. He quoted me a price of $1100 to ship the truck to me, but wanted a $250 deposit to "confirm and tie up" the driver. He promised a pick update almost 3 weeks in advance. I spoke to him on a regular basis and he always told me the same thing........we have our own drivers we work with, and you are scheduled, I guarantee we will pick up your truck, so on and so forth. Finally as we got close to the date he had me talk to Mike who actually handles the transport and the drivers. Same story from Mike. Then as the pick up day came and went, more excuses from Mike, and I finally cancelled and told them I wanted my deposit back.

Mike said it would take 7 to 10 days to show up in my account. That time has not passed yet, so we will see if they will return my deposit or not.

My advise is NEVER to use this company, Premier Auto Shippers. Nothing but false promises and a waste of my time.

Actually Gary contacted me after other failed attempts by other companies he tried.Based on the location of his vehicle it presented a challenge. We set things up on 06/27 for it to be p/u this week of 07/08 between tues-thurs.Before we entered into an agreement,I allowed Gary to write in his own terms pertaining to the refund of his deposit should we not be able to get it p/u.He was very happy with the conditions "HE" designed. We could not get it p/u and we refunded his $$.He did not provide the proper info on the truck and it is bigger than he said
