This was the best service That I've had in my (4) four times of having my auto transported to Calif. from Baltimore. I have shipped many times and the service was subpar. Amerifreight kept me updated on the status of my service throughout the entire process. The
Maryland. The carrier or transport people called me in less than 24 hours and picked up my car the day after I paid the initial fee.I was told initially that it would take 7 to14 days. My car was in California at the destination in (5)days.I will always call AmeriFreight when needing a car transported. When the transport driver was in California he called the person who was receiving the car and explained where he could and would meet him for delivery and why that location was necessary. From inception to pickup and delivery all personnel were friendly, polite add last bet not least Courtesy.
I also want to thank Bob for giving me all the instruction as to insurance claims on hail damage and the different coverages of insurance that could be covered by taking the correct package or what I would need to do if I didn't take the Best package and that my insurance carrier would be liable for any and all damages to my auto .
