I called amerifreight after I had issues with another auto transport company that was only in it for the money and was not trying to find me a carrier for over a month. When I called amerifreight Jorge was very helpful and polite. He managed to find a carrier for me the next day after I talked to him. Not only did he find a carrier so fast for me the carrier was very prompt with pick up and delivery. Amerifreight will be the only company I go through from now on. They differ from other companies because they don't ask for the deposit until AFTER they find someone to pick up your car. The other company that I had an issue with asked for the deposit upfront and then a month later they still "couldn't find a carrier" and would not answer my calls return my voicemails or even contact me to let me know they were having trouble finding a carrier. They even didn't call a week after the pickup date for my car. I read amerfreights reviews and felt like i could trust them after all of the glowing reviews. After calling amerifreight I immediately felt like it was a good decision. Jorge was always easy to contact and would contact me as well. They are very customer based and a great trustworthy company. I am glad I called amerifreight because now my car is safely in ohio and it didn't break the bank. If I ever have to ship my car again I know who to call.
