Don't use this company-Autoline Transport

Originally everything started off well, I was quoted $1014 to transport across country. The company found me a driver, but he wanted $1100, so the originally quote was way off. I agreed to the change and paid my $175 deposit and then the driver bailed as I was told he could not fit my car on his rig. So I was left hanging on a Friday afternoon, knowing that I was leaving FL on Tues AM. I was told I would absolutely hear something from dispatch or customer service on Friday or Saturday regarding another driver and pick up location/time. No one contacted me. Never, not once. This company advertises that they are available 7 days a week. This is a lie, they are not. No one answers the phone on the weekend on the customer service line or dispatch. They are not answering email's or online chats. I had to make all of the phone calls to check in with them. Finally here it is on Monday, I am leaving tomorrow, no one ever calls me. I got in touch with them over the computer finally and they have "bad news" for me, they do not have a driver, and I only found this out because I kept pestering them. I requested my desposit back and they agreed, however that does not erase the fact that they provided no communication and let me ride this crazy roller coaster, only to tell me that they cannot fufill the contract as agreed. I would run from this company as fast as you can. I would have been happier, even if they could not do it, if they had kept in constant contact with me for updates.
