Poor communication

I purchased a new Cadillac SRX and had it shipped to my business in San Antonio Texas. The driver failed to deliver the vehicle to the agreed upon destination, rather, he required me to meet him at a truck stop 30 miles away. It was 11:30 p.m. It was difficult to find someone to drive me out there that late.

When I meet the driver he charged me an extra $50.00 then what was agreed with Dolphin Transport. At 11:30 at night there was no one available to plead my case at Dolphine Transport. My car was held ransom until I paid the additional fee.

Later the next morning after I had taken delivery of my car I discovered grease stains on the front floor mat, the door and the fabric window post. IF that was not enough apparently the driver needed to view the top of the vehicle for some reason so he opened the rear passenger door and stood on his seat leaving grease stains everywhere.

Professional is a term that is not in these organizations vocabulary. I would steer clear of Dolphin and Retro Classic Cars.

Chris at Dolphin is a real sweet talker until the problems arise and then they have no communication with you.
