When one goes on-line to acquire the services of a company in this field for the first time, it can be a daunting experience. However, Graham T. gave exceptional service from the start. I felt comfortable and at ease in dealing with him, and he called me by name. He left me appropriate e-mails during the process. In my case, the first carrier was filled to capacity quicker than anticipated. However, Graham kept me informed and was able to get a replacement in two days, which was still within my time frame. He also left me messages if he wasn't available. The third party who received the vehicle on my behalf informed me that the delivery was very professionally done. This remark obviously reflects positively on Amerifreight. The vehicle was also delivered within the estimated time frame in the same good condition I saw it at the point of purchase.
