After getting the run around (including a $400 increase in price quote) from another company, I called Bill at Transport Connection since his reviews were universally strong. Based on reading some of his comments posted to the review site (great/hilarious defense of his business - see Gagnon), I thought he came across as "real" and felt he would be honest... Bill was exactly what I hoped he would be, direct, no-nonsense and very much on top of his business.
He explained how the transport would work, how he and the carrier would earn their fee and did it in a very transparent way... He got the driver on the phone with me and we struck a deal at a fair price... The drivers (Cam and his brother Emanuel from Royal Auto Transport) picked up the car right from our neighborhood and delivered it on time and exactly where we wanted it... All around a great experience!
Bill called the day after our SUV was delivered (today - Memorial Day) to make sure all went well... Nice touch and excellent customer service... He has earned this 5 Star rating and comes with my highest recommendation. You can trust this man and use him with confidence!
