I contacted Bill at around 12am his time not knowing the email sent me his personal phone number. At first he was grouchy as we all would be getting woken up by your phone because someone wants a quote for their car. After explaining that I didn't know this was his personal phone line he laughed it off. He gave me excellent advice and didn't try to make a sale he told me how it was and how shipping out of Reno is expensive. The sale seemed irrelevant, but customer satisfaction seemed to be his top priority even at 12am. I recommended him to anyone who is willing to pay for honesty rather than a bunch of BS. Very straight forward and not trying to rob you!
