My two cars were picked up in Boca Raton by a NAVI contracted flatbed carrier and transported individually in two roundtrips to the NAVI trailer located in Pompano. This was bizarre and excessive handling of my cars. The trailer delivered my cars to Maryland at 8:45 p.m. I had to examine the cars in the dark by flashlight, noting significant scratches on one of the cars. The scratches were mostly repaired at my dealer's shop. Alex, the dispatcher at NAVI Transport, advised me to fax the repair invoice to her 3 weeks ago. Telephone calls to her since then have not been returned.
