Car was delivered so dirty could not be inspected. Noticed that all the other cars on the trailer were also from Illinois but none of them were dirty like my car. Driver would not accept any notation on the inspection report other than having me sign for the car. After cleaning the car, found 3 spots of concealed damage. Damage that had to have been done by something heavy dropping on top of the hood of car....which was not there on pickup inspection. Terry at Ebro refuses to reply back to my emails and phone calls....and has not responded back to the BBB of Los Angeles. He is stating it is my problem. I have filed with my insurance who is attempting to deal with Ebro to no avail.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DRIVER PURPOSELY COATED CAR WITH MUD AND DIRT. IT WAS APPLIED EVENLY AND CONSISTENTLY OVER ENTIRE CAR TO HIDE HIS DAMAGE....AS NOT A SINGLE OTHER CAR FROM ILLINOIS ON THE TRAILER WAS DIRTY.
THIS COMPANY IS A CLEAR EXAMPLE OF LOUSY SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LYING AND CHEATING.
