nice beginning...a bit rocky...but ended well...

While at first was smooth and pleasant working with Nick, I was surprised by the service provided by the carrier/driver that Nick used. It was a bit bumpy but it worked out in end.
Not something I would want to go through again but def not a terrible experience.

Some things with Exclusive to note not big deal breakers:

1st issue: price originally quoted changed twice a little as Nick said was trying to entice drivers (i was trying to get my car shipped asap so I said ok)

2nd issue: Nick had confirmed a carrier AIG Transport but i could not find any reviews on carrier - once i brought to his attention he assured me carrier was fine, shortly later (next day) he said he would not be using that carrier because they had bad reviews - (i was confused why did he not look at reviews before confirming me a carrier)

Dealing with Nick - he was responsive and understanding via email and phone.

Issue with the actual carrier -

While the carrier was nice and was apologetic - when car finally got picked up by All Point Auto Transport LLC (carrier)- was issues with getting car on time (1 day delay) and lost keys issues..driver claimed he lost all keys of cars he was transporting and was going to dealers to get copies of keys. Who does that who is responsible for shipping others cars??

I feel Nick as our broker should of tried to work out a better rate for us due to key issue but that did not happen. Overall dealing with both broker and carrier could of been better but was not terrible or could of been worst.

Driver lost the keys and they were rated at 100% this review should not be for this company it should be for the drivers that transported the vehicle.
