I had the opportunity to work with Montway to move my SUV From Chicago to San Francisco. The car was moved in a timely manner. Montway was good in following up on my service contacts with them. Customer service was very friendly. The only issue was that they worked with a moving company and so it was difficult to get answers from Montway without them reaching out to the carrier.
I didn't realize Montway was a broker since their ads made it seem like they were carriers themselves. Service was good. Car arrived on day late because of a snow storm - understandable. Car also arrived dirty, which was disappointing, but no damage, so I'm all right. I wish Montway would be more proactive about providing updates as opposed to having me call, but its not the end of the world.
