The Shank Bros. are fantastically honest, nice guys. They tell you what they know, and they know a lot. They also tell you the truth even when it doesn't benefit them.

I had a difficult transport since I wanted the car delivered to an off-the-beaten-track town in the mountains of Colorado with a drive during the Christmas and New Years holidays. They told me they thought they could get it moved, but in the end there were no subcontractors that wanted the job. So, they drove to my house and picked up the car at their own expense, as they promised, so I could make my flight. They were on time, nice, and the communication was excellent.

It did take much longer than they originally thought to find a carrier. So, guess what they did. Without me even asking, they offered to waive their fee so that they could lower the price and get the job moved. I accepted their offer, because at that point I really did want to get the car moved, but I knew that if they followed through and delivered the car I'd pay them their fee anyway because they earned it.

Sure enough, the car soon was loaded, communication stayed excellent, and our car arrived in great shape. I just voluntarily cut them a check for their fee because they earned it, and because they are nice people, not because I had. to.

I'd recommend them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I just spent 15 minutes writing this to all of you!
