Horrible Customer Service

Note: the actual moving experience was fine, the driver was professional and on-time. This review is about Progressive and their threatening, rude, violent, unprofessional behavior after the delivery of my car. Do to some very poor interaction with Kevin i had asked for a manager to call me before I would pay their broker fee. When Kevin called me he started off by pretending to be someone else and basically didn't care that he had been rude and unprofessional. When I hesitated to give him my CC information he got violent and abusive. All I wanted was a acknowledgement that they/he had been rude and made to feel like I as a customer mattered. Instead what I got was threats, abuse, swearing & cussing aimed at me. I have had to call the police for harassment.

This move went flawlessly. However, the customer gave us multiple bad credit cards and we had to send this to collections. They are definitely more firm then we are but at no time unprofessional. At this point we have still not gotten paid for this move.
