Horrible experience. Lady who first called pulled a fast one saying "We need a deposit to place a bid" but don't worry if we can't get your car picked up then you will get your money back. I had left them multiple messages stating that I am going to drive my car myself due to the elapsed time and to refund me. Needless to say nobody has returned my call and so I had disputed the charge through my credit card company. That dispute got refused and I was charged again the $195 deposit for absolutely no service. This is has been an awful experience and a waste of my $195 for nothing, no service, no calls no nothing. I wish this would not happen to anybody again hence why I'm posting up this review. This has been going on for two months now.
