This was my first car shipping experience, and it was overall very pleasant. I was not in a hurry to get my car, so I waited for about one month until the price was right - I was shipping my car from a small city in Washington to a small city in Tennessee, so I guess the route was not very popular. During the one month's waiting time, Jorge - the representative- contacted me for four times: three about different carriers interested in picking up my order, and one to assure me that they were diligently working on my order although things were a little slow because of the holiday season. Before I signed the contract, Jorge was very patient in explaining the whole procedure and answering my questions, and he put no pressure on me to seal a deal quickly. He always told me that I could wait until I felt right. Although I didn't get the price on the quote, I really had nothing to complain. I think they had worked hard on my order.
