This vehicle was stored inside our facility and was picked up from inside. A condition report was done and signed with very small scratches and a few areas where paint was touched up. Vehicle was loaded into a 6 car hard sided enclosed trailer by their driver John Bogojeski. When vehicle arrived there were 2 large dents in the roof of the vehicle. After looking at the damage it is obvious that the top tracking of the inside of the truck was not raised enough and caused the damage to the roof. One side was able to be popped out while the other side could not. I had 2 estimates done on the damage and submitted it to Vice, Inc.(FIRST QUOTE $2677.61 AND SECOND QUOTE $2531.32) and called to discuss with them. Vic never called me back. I kept calling and finally got in touch with Vic and was told that the driver says he did not do the damage(of course, no responsibility taken). I have pictures and a condition report that shows that there was no damage to the roof. When the vehicle was delivered to the customer, it was at night and could not be viewed clearly. Therefore the customer did not sign the condition report since he could not visually inspect the vehicle in the dark. In the morning the customer saw and took pictures of the damage to the roof and submitted to Vice, Inc. The damage to the roof is exactly the same distance of the inside top track of the transport truck. The driver, John Bogojeski, then forged the customers signature (just wrote the guys first name down, he didn't have his last name) and denied doing any damage. i HAVE A COPY OF THE CUSTOMERS SIGNATURE TO PROVE THE DRIVER FORGED IT. Vic will not return phone calls, emails or text messages. We are now in the process of suing them. I would never use this company again and would not and could not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM VICE, INC.!!!!!! They lack professionalism, honesty and integrity. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS OR THEIR DRIVERS ACTIONS!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
