I have used Progressive to move my car twice in the last 6 months. Both times I received excellent service. Progressive is a broker that has a select list of transporters that they work with. Progressive takes a brokers fee and the transporters submit bids to Progressive to get my shipment. This is standard, and their prices are very competitive - lower than most and often the lowest. Progressive was responsive and very interested in customer service and answered my calls immdiately when I called (no wait time). Both of the transporters I used were good at their job. The only problems I had was that my car was picked up a day later than anticipated in both cases. This is just how the industry works - they give you a window of 2 days to pick up your car and call you from the road giving estimates of when they will arrive. I learned that I need to request transport a day earlier than the latest time that I can send the car. I would DEFINITELY use Progressive next time I need to move.
