I could not have received better customer service than I received from Jorge Cruz of AmeriFreight. From beginning to end he was polite and knowledgeable when answering my questions about the transport. He even returned a call on the weekend, from his home, just to put my mind at ease about one of my concerns. Even though the car was delivered late due to a situation that was out of their control, Jorge immediately handled the situation and politely and professionally. In the end, the car was delivered in great condition and all is well. Thank you Jorge and AmeriFrieght for a job well done!
