Benny is very ignorant and a flat out lier. Benny should not be allowed to communicate with customers. He made initial qoutes that he did not honor, and I asked specific questions he obviously made up the answers, because when the drivers arrived they told me that I was not in compliance and that I would have to pay more. Benny even told me that he was sorry for his mistake and that he would refund the full extra $75 that the drive had asked for; however,Benny only made a $50 deposit into my account. I will never use Progressive again thanks to Benny.
