Here is the Short version of this Terrible experience:
1) I paid Mayflower (Mike) $200 to transport my Vehicle
2) Mike never made an appointment for my vehicle to be Transported
3) I made arrangements for another company to transport my car - UNITED Auto Movers (Awesome company by the way)
5) I contacted my Credit Card Company to reverse the Mayflower charges, which they initially did refund
6) Mike at Mayflower submitted a FORGED receipt of delivery/transportation to the Credit Card company to prove "Delivery of Services". Mike forged, my signature, and the delivery driver's signature. Unbelievable, a totally fraudulent and forged document.
7) I submitted the forged document and the REAL delivery receipt (from another company of course) to my Credit Card Company and they immediately refunded my money.
