I had my car shipped with Carrier Experts, through AmeriFreight. I was very impressed with Graham's promptness and professionalism; he explained the entire process and was extremely friendly. He did not pressure me at any point in the process, and ensured that I got the options that were most appropriate for my situation. We agreed on a date and bid price, payed the deposit, and I went along my way waiting for a bid to come in.
Imagine my surprise when Graham called me back less than 15 minutes later with a carrier and contact info! I called up Carrier Experts and we arranged a pick up time and location on the spot. From Google search to scheduled calendar event, the entire experience took 45 minutes, tops.
When I went to meet Carrier Experts at the end of my subdivision in California, they were already there with the back open and ramps down, ready and waiting. One worker had already started the walk around process as soon as I parked, before I even got out of the car. The other was extremely friendly and explained to me how everything worked. He asked when I expected to arrive in Florida (I would be flying out two days later) and said that there should be no problem getting my car there shortly after. He also recommended several areas and activities in the area I was moving to. With the walk around completed and everything squared away, they loaded my car up and strapped it down. Again, the whole process from drive up to drive away took about 15 minutes.
I was impressed once again when I landed in Florida a few nights later and got a phone call the next morning from Carrier Experts; they were already in Florida, and were ready down the road with my car! I got a lift to the parking lot, handed over cash, and did a walk around; she was exactly as I dropped her off; not a scratch! I thanked the carrier for their remarkably fast and professional service, and off I went!
Overall, I was remarkably impressed with the efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism of both Carrier Experts and Amerifreight. I will be using Amerifreight for car shipping in the future, and have already recommended them to several friends.
