The drivers were super nice and responsive. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The only thing that did not live up to my expectations was the fact that initially I was not told that I might have to pay more than the quote I was given for the transport. I assumed that the company would give me a "current" rate quote or at least communicate clearly that i might have to pay more...luckily it only ended up being only $50 more.
All in all, I am satisfied by the experience. And a dusty car is to be expected from an open carrier.
