I made arrangements for a apartment move and a auto move... This was done in late May 2012 to prepare for the move date of November 2012.. They never call me to ensure my comfort of this move.. So I called them it was horrible trying to contact them. Once I got in touch with customer service I was told that they only had part of this request and not the full request. It was total confusion after my intial contact in May... They did not have anything on my apartment move but they did have something on my auto move. After this I became very leary of this company and hire someone else to ship my things. This shipment would be leaving from New Jersey and the destination was Houston Texas. So in order for me to not to take a non-cancellation charge I wrote both customer service individuals I was dealing with an email however both emails came back non delieverable.. I tried again and one email did go thru to an AJ Riccardi. To follow up on this communication I then called the company but the number is disconnected... From reading the other reviews from the vendors in which they dealt with for the moves I see why I was having so much trouble. All I can say is Thank God I hired someone else and did not continue to do business with these guys.
