The pickup truck's transmission failed delaying pickup for a week, complicating a very tight schedule. The driver never called the dealership before pickup, and as a result the car arrived dirty, and critical documents and carpeting didn't arrive with the car, requiring extra expense to ship. Nikki seemed very empathetic initially, but then was less involved than I had hoped or needed. I fault the shipper mostly, but more involvement from Nikki might have made me feel better about the experience and allowed a higher level review.

nikki@domesticautotransport.com 360-834-6013 Bruce, I am confused by this review. I went out of my way to make sure that i found a carrier to meet your deadline for delivery. You had a window of delivery before 11/8 or 11/11-11/14. That puts the carriers on a very tight schedule. Unfortunately things happen on the road that sometimes delay shipments. I'm unsure why you were upset by this because the carrier delivered your car on your preferred day 11/7 with no delays. When i spoke with you upon delivery you seemed very happy and did not inform me of any complaints. All in all, i saved you money and met your time frame. I feel disheartened by the comment less involved than i had hoped or needed. Anytime you had a question i answered it promptly and professionally. Best, Nikki
