I was supposed to be given a $30 gift card for giving a 5 star review for this company. I never received it and therefore felt that i should revise my previous review so that it is more accurate. I would say they are a decent company and got the job done. Customer service is pretty pushy, but I suppose that's natural. I really wanted my car to be picked up on a particular day, but was worried that it would be too late after I moved out. Therefore I had to request a window starting from an earlier day instead and deal with being car-less for an extra couple days. It was not a major problem, but Mimi said she would do her best to get my preferred date and still I had to have my car ready earlier than ideal. Just need to be aware that they may try to get your ideal day but more likely they will choose a date that is cheaper for them.
