I was always able to get in contact with someone in the Amerifrieght office which was positive feature about the company. My original agent left unexpectedly and that caused some confusion in my order, as well as some doubt on my end, but we worked out a plan and my car got picked up the next day so I was happy that I was still able to stay on my timeline.
The actual carrier that dropped off my car didn't give any warning about when it was coming even though I was supposed to have ~24 hrs notice. It arrived 4 days before the estimated delivery date, didn't call me until they were at my door, and when I returned their call an hour later (I was at work) they were gone. This was very frustrating as they could have given me advance warning. Despite this, all the people who worked for the carrier were very nice and my car arrived in good condition 2 days later which was what was most important to me.
Overall, my car arrived when I needed it and in good condition, which was my main goal.
