Cheated, Lied and Failed to Deliver as Promised

After receiving a quote from Jason I called him and explained that I have had horrible experience with another transportation broker and did not want to repeat the experience. I was willing to contract with them only if he promised that he was going to deliver on the contract - pick up the car and deliver it when promised. The contract was signed 2 months prior to having the car picked up, and I gave them 4 day window to pick it up and 3 day window to deliver it. I was promised by Jason that nothing was going to go wrong and he will deliver on all promises.
I called two weeks prior to delivery and was told I will get a call 2 days prior to pick up. I called a week prior and was told I will get a call 1 day prior. I called 1 day prior and was told the driver will call me 4 hours prior. I called and emailed and finally got Jason to tell me he never promised anything and they will definitely pick the car up within the 4 day window. I called on the last day of the pick-up window and got a dispatcher who told me I will get a call from the driver between 3 and 6 pm. Two days after the pick up window expired I called and was told - SORRY, we did not deliver. 6 days after I got a call from a driver telling me that Showtime just posted the pick up on the dispatch board. That's a full 10 days later than the promised pickup.
Jason refused to credit the deposit, was rude and disrespectful, unapologetic, and had no customer service skills to speak of. NEVER EVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT WANTS TO HAVE THEIR CAR SHIPPED ANYWHERE ANYTIME!!! Shame on them for taking advantage of customers. That's why they have an "F" with BBB and horrible reviews on the web.
