We used United Road twice in a one-month period (from Michigan to Texas and Missouri to Maryland) and both transactions went smoothly, especially the Texas delivery by Debby Lynn, who was charming and efficient. Our only criticism concerns the company's online process, which would not accept our order, and required us to place the order by phone the following day, all of which led to a duplicate charge which needed to be corrected post-delivery. Otherwise, good service, excellent communication throughout, and efficient transport of both vehicles.
