I've been having an extremely hard time finding a credible auto transport service and I finally came upon Able Auto Transport. When I called, My representative was Amy Jo Lowery. She made the whole process incredibly easy and filled me in on all the little details and information that I required. AS soon as I payed my $145 deposit, my car was booked onto a transport truck immediately. Later that night I found out my circumstances wouldnt allow me to ship my car from Philadelphia to California. When i called back the next morning (9/5/12), The representative Athena understood my situation and helped me cancel the order. Even though their policy and regulations state that once the car that would be shipped is booked, the deposit would no longer be refundable. But as understanding people and a prestigious business,She transferred me over to her Manager LANCE, and he worked with me and even refunded half of the deposit i put down. It's better than 0$ back. So if your looking for great customer service and years of experience. I suggest you guys use Able Auto Transport. They have 25 Years under their belt.
