I was very skeptical and nervous about shipping my car across the country. The person picking up the car would be dealing with a family member on one side and it was very important to me that they were treated respectfully and that they didn't make this person sit around waiting for the pick for days or hours.
I called Jorge at AmeriFreight because he had a good price plus a variety of options for the timing on the shipment. He answered all of my questions and made me feel much more comfortable. The car was already available for pick up and I preferred someone pick it up asap. In this case Jorge found 5 Star Trucking to pick up the car the very next day! They scheduled the exact time for pick up AND delivery. The car was picked up exactly as scheduled AND delivered to me exactly when scheduled. The driver was very professional and polite. The car arrived in great shape but one tire was low on air. The driver even went to the gas station and filled up the tire and checked it before he left.
Every single person I talked to at AmeriFreight was professional and polite and they made sure my family member was treated so well. I was thrilled with the service and after seeing so many reviews from other companies about delays I was pleasantly surprised with how easy this process was.
