Follow up customer service

This is a follow up on the review I wrote a few weeks back. I filed a complaint with the BBB in the LA area against 1flat rate. My reason for this was that the order for the pick up of the car was on hold, as agreed by email. The order was ignored and the car was picked up anyway. The problem was that the inspection wasn't carried out yet and I don't like getting a car from far away without an inspection first, that makes sense I would say. I emailed Mike while the car was in transit with the only question there is and that is why the car is being transported while it is on hold. The answer was in the form of a threat, if I don't pay the driver, the car will be dropped off at a police impound and I will be responsible for all charges. So I contacted the dealer and he agreed that if there was a problem found during the inspection after the car arrived he will help me out with fixing it. Fair deal. The car arrived and I asked the transport company if they ever received any notice from 1 flat rate to put the order on hold and of course they hadn't because Mike never put it on hold.
The next day the car was inspected and there was an issue found. I called the dealer and he agreed to pay part of the fixing and that is fine with me. I don't expect a brand new car when I buy a second hand and I am willing to pay part as well to fix something to make it better. I wouldn't have bought the car though if the inspection was carried out at the dealer before shipment but since it was already at my doorstep I am not willing to pay another 775 to ship it back and lose all the money in shipping.
After I wrote my complaint online about 1 flat rate I received a voicemail from Ray ( I dont know him but I guess he is the man in charge) with multiple apologies about what went wrong. He offered to pay me the brokers fees back with even more apologies. Strangely enough his answer I received from him on the BBB website are quite the opposite, telling me that I am stupid for buying a lemon? And I should never have accepted the transport if I wasn't satisfied with it. Well, I have it here in my emails that they threatened me with an impound if I wouldn't accept the car! You can read all this on the LA BBB board and you will also see their answers.
I didn't ask them for my money back or anything else. The only thing I asked for is for them to step up and take responsibility for not putting the order on hold while they said they did it. In stead they start threatening and name calling. Very childish and cowardice if you ask me. Good luck to anybody who might run into a problem with them. Don't expect any service.

Hmmmmmmm...............Strange. We don't know who you are. You are obviously mixing us up with some other company. Please post your review wherever you said you posted your last one. Several companies have similar names.
