| EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE |
At first, the service was great! I filed for online quotes on line, and had a phone call 2 minutes later. The pricing was comparable to others, and the A+ BBB rating was a big plus. From there, it all went down hill, once they got there deposit and credit card number! From second one on the phone with AA Automovers, they were informed the vehicle had to be picked up in FL, and delivered to WI with a delivery of NO LATER THAN 8/21/2012 FOR A FUNERAL! I was told NO PROBLEM NUMEROUS TIMES, by NUMEROUS individuals working on this transport. Finally on Thursday 8/16/2012 I receive a phone call from Samantha at AA Automovers stating she found a carrier to haul my vehicle, BUT it is $65.00 more (which was fine with me), so I agreed on the conditions once again that THE CAR BE DELIVERED BY 8/21/2012, AND SHE VERIFIED THAT INFORMATION. However upon receiving conformation from the carrier, AA Automovers agreed to a scheduled delivery date of 8/23/2012 and not 8/21/2012! Naturally to make a longer story short, AA Automovers was called back and I was informed of their mess-up, and my credit card would not be charged, well guess what, a charge for $250.00! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Once this charge was placed, AA Automovers is now IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of! I have made dozens of calls to AA Automovers, with customer service answering only one time, with a response of "I will call you back later today on getting you a refund, I need to talk to my manager first ." Well, guess what no call back. Dozens of messages have been left concerning the matter, and NO CALL BACK! I have never dealt with such horrible customer service. EVERYBODY BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My next stop is a complaint with the BBB!
