I am new to autotransport. I filled out an interest form on the internet and was deluged with emails and calls. It was so confusing. I used Transport Reviews.com and chose a 5 star company, Magic Carpet. I initially spoke with Kaleigh Jo Montgomery. She patiently and slowly explained how auto transport worked. She told me would be my point of contact throughout the process. That was a huge relief. She even told me I could text her 24/7 as she always replied to texts. She answered all of my questions and made sure I knew the transport company, Skyline Express. She told me about her experience with this shipper and gave me their contact information. I had a last minute wrinkle as the car was in a minor accident and needed repair. I pushed back the pick up date several times. Each time she said not to worry...it would be OK. When Skyline came to pick up the car, they conducted an extensive inspection. They noted any blemishes and took pictures of each part of the car. They also stressed that I inspect the car carefully when it arrives in New Jersey. That was a great relief that they took such care.
I have a friend in So Cal with a college student in Michigan. They were considering driving their car back to Michigan. I explained my experience and they decided to transport the car. I gave Kaliegh's name and contact information to my friend. You have another client for this top notch service. Kaleigh made the difference with knowledge, reassurance and responsiveness. Without question, I'll use your service for my other college student.

I am so thankful that everything with this transport turned out okay. It was awful that the car was in a minor accident, but mostly, I'm glad that your daughter was okay!! After that, it seemed like everything panned out perfect!! I am always thrilled when a transport works out the way the customer and I planned; even in this case when there were bumps in the road, we still managed to work around them!!
