Poor service, promises broken

Was quoted $395 for this move. I called them twice in the first 4 days and got standard excuses. No calls from Nick's until 4th day, when they told me they can only get a carrier for an EXTRA $150, (now it's $545). At this point I agreed, and was told he would pick up in two days...he picked up in 6 days. He broke 3 appts. to pick up the car.
Chimps could move cars faster than Nick's, and be more honest about it.

Customer failed to mention that the customer changed the pickup address,,,,,,,,,no where near the original address,,, And the phone number we have on file/record for him changed likewise, making it IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH HIM......WE WOULD APPRECIATE A MORE HONEST COMMENT THAN THIS.. .. Our staff regrets his choice of words including "CHIMPs"....which makes us wonder about the character of the customer.we
