Horrible experience

Kwiktrans was hired to transport my vehicle from Phoenix to NJ.

The pick up was delayed multiple times due to equipment issues.

Upon pick up they thoroughly inspected the vehicle and made note of the vehicles condition.

The car was delivered on time, as they were unloading several dents could be seen. Upon further inspection there were sizeable dents on nearly every panel which were not on the vehicle prior to pick up.

The condition of the vehicle was documented by photos, inspections and appraisals prior to pick up. It can be verified that these dents were not on the vehicle prior to pick up.

Kwiktrans asked that I make note of the damage and they would be in contact to resolve; they never returned any of my calls/emails.

I filed a claim with their insurance company, they reviewed the documentation and had an independant appraiser evaluate the vehicle.They found Kwitrans to be at fault and paid out their end of the claim. Unfortunately the policy has a $1000 deductable which must be paid by Kwiktrans.

Even though multiple sources confirm the damage was not there prior to pick up, they refuse to take responsiblity for their actions.

My only option at this point is litigation, which I am going to pursue.

This company does not operate with honesty or integrity, I would avoid this carrier.

This attempt in retribution is made by a customer that wanted us to pay for damages on a vehicle. One fact this party fails to mention is that the damages happened before we pick up the vehicle. It has been almost 3 months with no legal action from this party that was claimed here on transportreviews.
