Would stay away from this outfit, kept changing pick up date, when they did show up was supposed to be door to door called 2 miles down road, wouldn't meet at near by plaza, made my son walk 2 miles back home. Was told i could put up to 75lbs in trunk, when driver inspected the car told my son"that looks more than 75lbs"charged me an extrs $100 dollars, never called the broker. When car arrived in San Diego it was filthly, wouldn't release car unless i payed the extra$100.Would not even explain to me why.DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR DO NOT US THEM UNLESS YOU WANT A HEADACKE!!

1. He did not walk back home after he kindly met the driver at the Home Depot but we gave him a ride safely after we took possession of the vehicle 2. We had constantly notified your SON, Joseph Scarfo, not to pack up the vehicle with the personal belongings in the back of the seat. We did explain if that was not the case there will be extra charge since the original contract was to transport vehicle that had couple bags in the back of the trunk only Your son asked us to take his other things for $100 and wrote down on the BOL and he SIGNED ON THAT PAPER. 3. We received your order on 6/29 and the original pickup date was 7/2 or within two days of 7/2. We picked up your vehicle on 7/3 and delivered 7/12 as we promised We did not changed the pickup date unless you thought the date you actually booked the order with your broker Envision Auto was the date our driver was going to show up and pick it up.
