Subject: transport of VW
Review:I contracted on June 29, 2012 for 288.00 to provide service per the contract. I was very specific about the date July 9, 2012 between 9 and 11am. They kept calling me trying to change the pick up times. This morning they called me stating that they could not pick up my car, 1957 VW beetle. I explained in the contract that the car does not run. They told me that another driver would call me and pick up in 2 hours. I called them and they never returned or answered future calls on my i phone. I used a land line phone and they thought it was new business and picked up immediately. I explained the issues and they refused to provide a refund and credit for the charges to date. I have to contest the charges with my credit card company. I rarely write negative reviews however i consider them dishonest.

You made so many demands which we met 3 different times for you. We sent a 3 car carrier to you first, you refused the service saying the carrier was to big ; You wanted a flat bed. We sent you a flat bed which arrive to your location a little late because getting to your location was hard to find. Once he arrive you refused that flat bed bc he did not come 1 hour before, now you called us and wanted a tow truck to pick you up. We do not know if you were playing games with us, but its people like you Eric Wall who makes a bad name for small business. People like Eric Wall and the guy who poured coffee on himself to sue McDonalds to claim there was no warning label on the cups, makes all of us good businesses practice look bad. Your demands were met, all 15+ phone calls was answered. Eric Wall we wish you the best.
