Getting my car to our new home

Finding an affordable way to transport our second vehicle during a military move was very important. The cost is not covered by government for a second car so this was coming out of our pocket on top of all of the other moving expenses we were incurring.

I choose Hilton because of its high reviews and because they were local to us in Long Beach, CA.

Nicole was helpful, though, to be honest seemed a little frazzled and maybe working from home which made me nervous.

The driver was friendly and very thorough, though again lacked an air of "professionalism".

The driver did get to our destination in a timely manner and even made a special concession to meet us somewhere on a Sunday afternoon with the car so that we could pick it up sooner than he would have been able to deliver it so that my husband could get to work with it the next morning.

Overall, I am grateful for the good rate and that our car was delivered safely with friendly service.
