Was not able to ship my car

Unfortunately Direct Express was never able to find a truck for my car to be shipped. The price quote I had gotten from them seemed too cheap to be true, perhaps because it was. I made the order and they seemed helpful and friendly, but after two whole weeks (14 days) they were still trying to find a truck to ship my car. I called them about 4 times during those two weeks, explaining to them that I needed the car shipped by the time I moved from Mass to Cali, and they gave me the same explanation every time ("We are still looking for a truck carrier, will contact you as soon as we find one"). They never said to me that my location was an issue, and it shouldn't be, my town is right inbetween the two biggest cities in Mass and rt.495 and 90 are only a short drive from my house.

I have now called a different company today, who was able to find a truck for me within minutes, and they are picking my car up Tomorrow! It only cost me about $60 more through the new company I am working with. I will be leaving that company a positive review!

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Lisa Bengiovanni is dissatisfied with the service, but the issue was her Thousand Oaks location in the farthest part of the San Fernando Valley. We wish Ms. Bengiovanni lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
