Subject: car moved and damaged badly
Review:My daugther moved to California and I had her car shipped from Virginia. Pick up went well and their driver and I took several pictures of the car. It was in perfect shape. Upon pick up at thier yard - Sam asked me for the money first and then said sign this. Big mistake on my part - they ushered us out of the building to lot where we got our car....it was filthy which was to be expected but we did not notice under that on the ROOF of the car was a major dent on both sides of the roof...Clearly they had lowered the trailer on it. I got 30 minutes down the road and got gas and then noticed the obvious damage. I immediatlely called Sam and took pictures and video...i offered to bring the car back and he said no to that. He said they would get back to me....it took 2 weeks of me hounding them to get back to me when they said they assume no responsibility on my claim and that anything could have caused the damage after they gave it to me - plus I signed for it. i asked them did they talk to the drives and did they actually look at the pictures....Drivers lied and said no way did they do it and that they would not even bother with their pictures.

This company is a complete fraud....I can tell you how rude they were and just unwilling to think about helping....I would never recommmend them to anyone and would not ship a piece of coal with them. I will report them to the better business bureau - but it is clear they don't care about anything....
