Review:The only good thing I can say about these girls is they are good liars and talkers. And they are also calm when they speak to you but don't let that fool you.

These people are only trying to get your money. I have told them my experience with other companies and how they were not prompt. This was the second company i tried and still were not honest. I asked if they could have someone pick up my car on the 11th and I asked twice or three times to make sure because I did not want to keep waiting. Ashley told me that they have a lot of trucks that could pick up my car in Pensacola, Fl so it should get picked up. She didn't say there wasn't any guarantee but instead she said it WILL get picked up.

I called back on Wednesday the 9th to ask if I could still get my car picked up on Friday and if they were sure they were gonna pick it up and one of the girl said she will have someone get it picked up on Friday and I still have 2 days to wait.

I called on Friday to make sure it was gonna get picked up and the girl said they JUST made it available THAT FRIDAY meaning from that Friday of the 11th they made it visible for the truck companies to see that my car needed to be picked up that day and I had to wait 1-7 days from that day! I wanted my car to be picked up FRIDAY not later than that and the lady told me that there was a misunderstanding. I don't get how they had a misunderstanding when I have specifically said I WANTED IT TO PICKED UP ON FRIDAY THE 11TH not later!

I called back again on Sunday but they were closed so I left a message. The next day comes and I never got a call back. I called them again and Tuesday and asked to talk to Ashley and it has been 4 days and they are still waiting on a truck! I asked if it doesn't get picked up that 7 day period what they were going to do and she said "well it should get picked up in that 7 day period and we should just wait" I was not going to keep hanging around and wait for another 3 days because I needed my car! They were not honest! At least have the guts to say that it will not get picked up on the day you wanted but it will still get picked up if we just wait.

I cancelled my order and Ashley told me it was gonna take 2-4 days to get my money back. 2 days comes and my money is still not back so I called back and she told me she will put in the request NOW! Are you serious? She said it will take about 2-4 days or a COUPLE OF DAYS! It already has been 2 days and she still hasn't even put in the request! So now I have to wait 2-4 days or a couple of days?? Does that even make sense to you.

I hate this company and will never go to this company again. I would rather pay $3,000 than go with you again. You were not honest with your price at all. Whatever it is you say back, Customers should never go with you because all your company represents is dishonesty and greed. YOU ARE ALL TALK!

Almost all of their good reviews wer compensated! Like I said no honesty!

So much for going with this company. 2 failed company so far and it happened in less than a month. What is up with you people!!!!

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Monica Capuchino is dissatisfied, but we identified her shipment as a problem two days before Ms. Capuchino vehicle was made available and sent her this email admonition: ... Quote: Thanks for inquiring. We try hard to explain it on our web site and over the phone, but our system does not provide for guaranteed pickup or delivery dates. It allows for a typically one to seven day window for pickup from the first date you make your vehicle available. That too is not guaranteed because there must be a carrier leaving the Pensacola, FL area that week with 7-10 cars and heading to the Santa Nella, CA area. (End Quote) ... Can we be anymore clear in advance? We wish Monica Capuchino lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
