I originally wrote a review based on the lack of communication from Global Auto after repeated attempts to contact them. I have since had a number of discussions with the company and better understand the circumstances regarding their lack of response to my many messages (Their employee was ill), and the company explained the delays and internal communication concerns. The recent customer service has been much better and Elena has been very responsive.
I now have a better understanding of how the industry operates and would recommend Global Auto Transport based on their resolution to my concerns.
