Subject: Horrible Service
Review:I normally do not write reviews on companies but I could not keep this from the public. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I repeat... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was quoted a really low price and kept getting the run around as to when I vehicle would get shipped. For example, after taking the initial deposit, my vehicle was left to ship with a price of $650. I would hear things like, " Let me make a few calls and I will get back to you. Then when I told Wayne what he told me, he got upset with me and I am the customer. Well, when you tell someone that you will get back to them, you should do it. It is all about customer service when dealing with providing a service to anyone. I just felt like this company did not have my best interest in mind. Again, I usually do not write reviews on companies but this needs to be known. So beware of WEBSTER RELOCATION INC.

We move about 100 cars a month. We inform all of our customers of the standard time frame for pickup of 1-10 business days. This car was available for 5 business days when we scheduled a truck for it. We emailed the customer and the pickup person that is was scheduled. I did not get upset with the customer. Our policy is when the customer gets out of hand, we ask them to call back when they are calm so that it can be discussed. We can not work with someone when they are yelling or cursing. Nothing gets accomplished at that point.
