Subject: NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
Review:*******Company based in Australia - was not given Australian states to select for Review******* car dropped Stapytlon, Queensland to Perth, Western Australia********

I cannot even rate this company. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE, Rude by all the employees - Mark Jones had NO idea where my car was...car was dropped 2/3/2012 I was told it would arrive 29/3/2012...rang the 1800305351, they confirmed arrival, I was later informed it would arrive the following day (30/3/2012)...It is now friday I am now informed the car was at the S.A and W.A border at quarantine?? and would arrive within a week? I rang Mark Jones and confronted him that the trip from S.A border to Perth was a day drive...I was then informed the cars whereabouts were unknown?? the owner Chris informed him the car was on a train to Perth and would arrive next Friday? I proceeded to ring Chris and was informed my car was still in the Queensland depot and was not being transported until Wednesday so again I was lied to. I have no idea when my car will arrive or what condition it will arrive in.

ALL staff members I have spoken to are extremely rude
ALL the information I have been given was false

NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY! they change depots regularly! the ABN number is 40 143 221 256 NEVER USE carcarrying.com.au! it will be the worst decision you make. They are cheap and NASTY!!
