We were so apprehensive to sent my son's car at first cause it was our first time to do such thing. Before we committed with Plaza auto transport we were committed to another transport carrier but because they were not honest and forth right in their dealings we withdraw and we transferred to Plaza Aut0 transport. Harold Berg was kind enough to explain to us the way things are and it really help us with our apprehension. He was honest in regards to the payments involved. they selected a good carrier to bring my son's car to Kansas. The carrier driver was kind, honest and forth right. We ask if we could sent something to our son and place it in the trunk. When the car arrived everything that we place inside the trunk was intact and nothing was lost. The vehicle was in its pristine condition, the same condition when it left our place, when it was receive by my son.The carrier updated my son now and then even when they were in Nebraska and updated on the time of their delivery.
Plaza auto transport really are excellent in customer service, honesty, and forth right in matters of payment.

I will definitely recommend them to our friends and family and we will call them once more once my son is coming back home.
