Worst company ever, never use them.

I moved across the country due to my husband being in the military and thought that having my car shipped would be easier than driving from Washington to Georgia. But having Mobile Transport move my vehicle was the worst decision I ever made. For starters they had terrible customer service, and when I asked them questions they replied with an "I don't know" or they beat around the bush. They did not call 24 hours prior to picking up my vehicle which is what I was told would happen, I had to constantly call them to figure out what was going on. When I finally got a hold of them after about a week of nothing I was told that they had maintenance issues on the carrier and that was why they were running late and when I asked why they didn't call and let me know they gave me excuses. My car was picked up on 10/24/2011 and I finally got a phone call from Mobile on 11/3/2011 letting me know that my car was going to be in between 6-9am on 11/5/2011 and that I would get a phone call at least an hour prior to delivering my vehicle. Instead of an hour prior I got a phone call saying to meet the driver at Walmart because they couldn't fit the carrier where I lived. So I had to rush and call some friends at 6am for a ride to Walmart to get my car. I finally got my car after 12 days but they ended up damaging my car. I called Mobile the second they opened on the same day my car was delivered but nobody answered. My husband and I took my car in for a diagnosis and the cost of damages was estimated at over $2800 and I was told not drive my car until I got it fixed because the damage was too extensive. My husband and I called Mobile everyday from multiple phones for three weeks nonstop and we couldn't get a hold of anyone. My broker who set me up with Mobile was finally able to get me a phone number to Canal Insurance which is Mobile's insurance company after trying to get a hold of Mobile as well and Canal Insurance was cooperative but I still was unable to get a hold of Mobile. It has been over two months since my car was delivered and my broker's supervisor was finally able to get a hold of Mobile saying they need to call me, they finally did but beat around the bush saying they didn't know of any issues when I know for a fact we have been faxing them and sending them emails along with calling them everyday. Along with their insurance company sending them letters saying they need to pay me for damages they caused because of their high deductible. Tom the guy who called me from Mobile said he would call me back at the end of the week after going through all the paperwork but it has been over a week and a half and he still hasn't called me back and I'm back to square one where I cant get a hold of them once again. My broker's supervisor has been sending Mobile faxes everyday and has been calling them nonstop everyday and we still have been unable to get a hold of them. I am going on three months without a vehicle because Mobile is nearly impossible to get a hold of. I would never use this company again, and I want this ordeal to be over with as soon as possible so I never have to deal with them again. But by looks of it this will be an ongoing fight since in past two almost three months between my husband and I calling Mobile and my broker and her supervisor calling Mobile as well we have only got a hold of Mobile twice.
