I had to cancel my contract with Daily Direct after my schedlued pick up date was moved from the 12th to the 19th to the 29th- OR LATER. As previous consumers have stated, you have to contact them for any information regarding your shipment. THEY DO NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU. My contract was initially submitted on July 29th, but on August 19th I was informed the bike would be picked up between the 29th and Sept 1st. I cancelled the contract at that point because I had no reason to believe they would make a good faith effort to honor ANY delivery schedule. Their drivers may be good. Their trucks might be clean and safe. I will never know because their customer service is horrendous.
